Returns & Your Right To Cancel
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for refund or exchange. Please notify us of your intention to return within this period.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Worn, used or soiled garments will be refused, and returned to sender. Items and their packaging must be externally packaged for return to prevent damage in transit. Items returned from outside of the European Union must be declared as 'Returned Goods' for customs purposes.
In accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations (2013), buyers are responsible for the costs of returning unsuitable, unwanted or or ill-fitting items.
To arrange a return, please visit our Contact Us page, or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If applicable, please include details of any alternative items or size that you wish to exchange for. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days it's delivery to us - however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Your payment will be refunded to the source of funding for the original order (ie: Card or PayPal).
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged item, or should a fault occur with use, please notify us immediately. Please do not wear/use the item, or attempt to repair it. Please retain all tags and internal/external packaging. We will arrange for the return of the item for refund or replacement, and the costs of return will be reimbursed to you upon arrival of the returned goods.
Please note that faults do not include accidental damage which occurs with use, or general wear and tear. Items which have been in any way altered or modified cannot be returned.
